On Monday June 15th 2026 at 6:00pm please join us for a very special dinner! Five wines and cocktails will be expertly paired by Chef Brian Rotunno with five off menu courses.

Special host Megan Maloney from Cutting Edge wines will walk us through the wines. This is the first dinner we have done of this kind and is sure to be one to remember! Space is limited and this event will likely sell out. Menu below!

June in Bloom (cocktail): gin, blackberry thyme simple, lemon, dry vermouth, orange bitters, soda, pickled blackberries

Corn & Thyme Pudding: pickled blackberries, arugula, toasted pine nuts, blackberry puree, Grana Padano

Seared Hanger Steak: roasted sunchokes, English peas, maitake mushroom, pickled shallots, truffle butter, cured egg yolk

Golden Hour (cocktail): dark rum, muddled pineapple, espresso, black walnut bitters

Roasted Pineapple Pound Cake: warm pound cake, oven roasted pineapple agrodolce, vanilla gelato, mint
